Love Notes

This is our first review by a Mother of the Bride...and this is not just any MOB but one of our favorites to work with EVER! Knowing how involved our mom has been in our lives, Casey's wedding, and of course HMGH, we just love and adore MOB's who are so involved in their daughter's wedding. In fact, Courtney has said over and over that if we could hire Janine for every wedding, we would! Thank you, Janine for taking the time to write your sweet review!

When our daughter announced her engagement, she and her fiancee decided they wanted, what,  in this day and age is considered a short engagement,  7 months.  Thus, we needed to hit the ground running...beginning by lining up the 3 most important items -  the place, the wedding coordinator and the band.  We asked friends for advise on the wedding coordinator and "HMGH" came up with high marks.  After meeting with Courtney and Casey, we signed them up!   I, the "MOB", consider myself an organized person, but, even I could not handle or even be aware of, all the required tasks to make the event successful - and this is where "HMGH"came in.  Courtney was always on top of every detail and the necessary timeline - giving us suggestions (ie the fabulous band which she contacted right away!) If any of us, be it me, the bride, the groom, the "FOB" or "MOH" (maid of honor) had any questions or concerns, Courtney  took care of it and ALWAYS returned our calls or emails asap! I had heard from many pals to be prepared for that glitch that would throw us into a tizzy the week before and/or the wedding day.  IT NEVER HAPPENED!! All went smoothly and EVERYONE was calm and having fun!  Without a doubt, it was because we knew that "HMGH" was there and they would take care of anything so we could all enjoy ourselves and have a truly special and memorable time.  Without question, I recommend "HMGH"  highly.  They are indeed, THE BEST!!

We cannot say enough good things about this entire family. We just love them all, the bride, the groom, the MOH, FOB and one of the most important jobs at a wedding...the Maid of Honor a.k.a, Pippa. :) Farrell, thank you thank you thank you!

A million Thank You's to Courtney at Help Me get Hitched. She was nothing short of amazing and the key to an extraordinary event. As the maid of honor I was prepared to get in the trenches of planning.  Courtney lifted this stress and ensured everyone was happy and enjoying the fun of it all.

Seeing my sister and Mom so calm, cool and collected throughout the entire process was clearly due to the phenomenal expertise of Courtney and HMGH. The way you envision your wedding is one thing and seeing them all come to life is another, Courtney made this happen.   She always knew how to accomplish any idea and on the big day it was apparent she is respected by all colleagues and vendors. My sister and brother in law were thrilled!

Throughout the planning process Courtney provided bridesmaid suggestions and reminders which were super helpful and informative for me as well as the rest of the group.  It was a stress free experience and any questions or concerns were addressed with timely responses and pizzazz.

Courtney and Casey are beyond wonderful and I cannot express my gratitude enough. I would not attempt to plan a wedding without them and have recommended them to all of the engaged couples I know. They seem to know what one needs before you do and can be counted on to ease any anxiety.

They are new friends and certainly the best decision besides the groom HA!

I was referred to Courtney and Casey by a friend who swore that not only were they the best event planners around, but that from the moment you meet them, they feel like old friends. Having now had the pleasure to work with them, I can absolutely testify that the sisters of "Help Me Get Hitched" are an amazing duo.  As my friend alluded to, their ability to keep things on track while also maintaining a relaxed and fun atmosphere truly sets them apart . I have worked with top planners on both coasts, but their refreshing enthusiasm for the event business is contagious, and is sure to bring a magical touch to any occasion. Without a doubt, if you have the opportunity to have Courtney and Casey plan an event for you, they will make it one you will not soon forget.

Congrats to Mr. and Mrs. White

 It's the beginning of the wedding season and it was a perfect wedding to start off 2013! Anna and Davis really showed us what that "Southern Charm" is all about. They both were so sweet during the whole planning process and then just melted our hearts on their wedding day. These newlyweds are two of the sweetest people we have been so lucky to work with. Can't wait to show you how their big day unfolded. More to come on the White Wedding!!

OMG!!!! I love these girls. I truly feel like they are my best friends. I do not know what would have happened on my wedding day without them. These girls blew it away. My caterer was a huge disappointment. They were completely short staffed. Casey and Courtney stepped in and made sure that my day was flawless. They had to wear a million different hats and did it without skipping a beat.
My wedding was just the way I had envisioned, because of these girls.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!!!

I love this company. From day one they were incredible.

1) Type-A and organized- they take notes on everything
2) They are the first to show up and last to leave
3) They actually printed every e-mail we ever wrote back and forth the day of the wedding.
4) Cool, calm, and collected at all time.

not to mention they are gorgeous which looks nice as they run around keeping everything in check. My groomsmen were in love.

I recommend hiring them to run the rehearsal as well, because that was a huge help for us and saved so much time and energy. They were the only vendor that felt 100% priceless to me. The wedding would have fallen apart without them. And when you invest so much time, energy and brain power into the most expensive night of your life- it is worth it to have someone there bringing it all to reality.

I hired Courtney and Casey from Help Me Get Hitched as my Day-of-Coordinators for my wedding this past July and I can honestly say I don't know what I would have done without them!  If I could give them 10 stars I would- it was the best money I spent on the wedding.  You can spend hours planning the perfect wedding, but what's the point if you can't enjoy it the day of because you, your friends, and your family are running around organizing vendors and decorating everything.

They were the point of contact for my vendors from a month out so I could relax a little before the big day.  They were so organized and professional- not to mention super sweet and wonderful to work with.  They went above and beyond to make sure the day went smoothly, and even if something did go wrong- I would never know it because they'd have taken care of it.  Their main concern was making sure that my husband and I had nothing to worry about on our wedding day.  They made sure all of our vendors arrived on time, got paid, and stayed until the time they were contracted.  It was such a relief to not have to handle these things during our own wedding.

Everyone at my wedding loved them too- they really couldn't be nicer.  I don't have enough good things to say about them! I wish I could get married again because I would have hired them to coordinate my whole wedding.  They are great and anyone who works with them will be lucky they did!
